Ashwagandha Bliss Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups soaked Medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2/3 cup desiccated coconut (for coating)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder

Instructions

  1. Soak dated in boiling water for 1/2 an hour to soften
  2. Blitz almonds in a food processor to ensure everything blends evenly
  3. Add the soaked dates, cacao powder, nut butter, vanilla essence, orange essence, cinnamon, ginger, ashwagandha powder, and salt into a food processor.
  4. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth or desired consistency.
  5. Roll the mixture into balls of your preferred size.
  6. Coat each ball with desiccated coconut for a delightful finishing touch.

Storage Tip:
Store these bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
