Deliveries go out on Wednesdays and Fridays and will take 2-3 days to arrive. If your order is urgent, send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged we will organise a replacement.
• Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong product we will organise a replacement. Unsatisfied with your purchase: If you are unhappy with your purchase please send an email and we will find a resolution.

Our products are 100% Natural, and organic where they can be. They are handmade in small batches with loving intentions. Some of the herbs are wild foraged when available. Traditional wild foraging practices are taken into account. We do not use unnatural ingredients, preservatives, fragrances, or other skin irritants.
