This double extraction Tincture of Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) and Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) can be a useful remedy for someone with mild to crippling anxiety, body and mind. 

Valerian is a warming herb, so may bring warmth to the body, for an individual that is already warm in constitution, this should be taken with consideration of that. Starting with 2 drops and tuning into your body.

Chamomile is very neutral in warmth and coolness, dryness and dampness. This can bring balance to the blend.
